Lady Antebellum Baby Twins
LADY Antebellum singer Hillary Scott has given birth to twin girls.
The 31-year-old delivered her daughters in the early hours of Monday morning, just hours after the Grammy Awards finished.
Hillary was forced to skip the ceremony, where her band was up for two nominations, because of her impending labour.
Writing on Instagram today, alongside a picture of matching baby hats, she shared: ""Our family is thankful and proud to announce the arrival of our precious baby girls. They were born in the early hours of January 29th, 2018 and we can't wait to share more about them in the days to come.
"Thank you to everyone who prayed and prayed for these little ladies, and thank you Lord for healthy babies. #twins (sic)"
Fans were delighted, commenting: "Congrats sweety ❤️❤️

Hillary watched the Grammys on TV and was left in hysterics after noticing her bandmates holding a cardboard cut out of her in the audience.
Sharing a video of her 2D self on the big screen at the event, she wrote: "I started bawling and laughing equally. I literally have the best band mates and family in the whole wide world. It's been a bittersweet day not being in NYC, but I've never felt more in two places at once. ❤️❤️❤️ @charleskelley @davehaywoodla @cassiemkelley @kellicashhay @ladyantebellum"
The baby girls are the second and third children Hillary shares with husband Chris Tyrell, whom she also has four-year-old Eisele Kaye with.
The star recently revealed she wasn't ready to become a mother to twins, because she thinks it'll be a "chaotic circus" at first.

Speaking in November, she said: [I'm in] the sweet spot of the second trimester before you enter the third and get super uncomfortable. Everyone's healthy, growing good, and excited to kind of celebrate country music tonight, work a couple more weeks and then put my feed up.
"I don't know if anyone is ever really ready for twins. But I'm trying to get as prepared as possible. I know it will be a chaotic circus in the beginning, but I'm hopeful we'll get them on a schedule and we'll love them more than anything and we'll figure it out."
Hillary isn't the only member of the Need You Now hitmakers to have expanded her brood recently, as guitarist Dave Haywood and his wife Kelli - who already have three-year-old son Cash together - welcomed their second child, a girl named Lillie Renee, just before Christmas.
